Prior to attending law school, Elisabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Chico and a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Elisabeth worked for many years in executive level Human Resources for large corporations throughout the country, but mostly in California. 

Elisabeth worked for several hotels, agricultural businesses and The Monterey County Herald.

Elisabeth is a Monterey Peninsula native.

Elisabeth earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  At McGeorge, Elisabeth served as Team Captain for the International Jessup Appellate Team and was a teaching assistant.  She also performed interships for the Workers' Compensation Clinic and the Crime Victims with Disabilities Unit of the California State Mental Health Department.

Elisabeth worked as an Associate for the prestigious law firm Goldsberry, Freeman, Guzman and Ditora in Sacramento.  Her focus was employment and labor law, environmental law and general defense litigation.
Elisabeth has a diverse, solo legal practice in Monterey, CA.  She assists clients with matters of employment and labor law, business formation and transactions, collections, and contracts.
